normally ship articles within 3-7 days from the time your order
is received, subject to availability. KB Artworks.com will ship
your purchase via US Mail insured. We will notify you through
e-mail regarding confirmation of your order. A Standard
$3.99 Shipping & Handling Charge is applied to all orders
under $30.00, $4.99 Shipping Charge for orders between $30.00 -
$99.00 and $9.99 Shipping Charge for items over $100.00

Return
Policy
At
KB Artworks.com our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Articles are
accepted for exchange or refund if returned in saleable condition within
14 days upon receipt of the article. All requests will be
processed after we inspect and verify the condition of the item, to
insure the item was not altered in anyway and to determine if the item
is returned in the condition given. Returns take approximately 5
business days to process. Upon receipt of the item a refund will be made
to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift
recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
To
return an item to KB Artworks.com: 1. Insure your package with either
the US Post Office, or UPS (we cannot credit your account if we do not
receive the item) 2. Proof of purchase is required for all
returns/exchanges; so all returns must include a return address, phone
number, and reason for return. 3. All returns should be sent to:
